SSE Adding AI-packages to a follower via script?

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to add AI packages I have made onto my follower. Feels like I am overlooking something very simple. Some people seem to use quest aliases since you can have ai packages on them. I just don't know the "correct" way to do it. Or correct for my skill level at least. Which is very low in terms of scripting :sweat:

Hi, was a while since I dabbled innthe Creation Kit but I think there is a checkbox in the race tab or if it was in the weapon. But knowing how tedious the Creation Kit is I doubt it's possible without loads of tinkering. Pretty sure I've seen an SKSE mod that enables you to change grip on the fly though Found it: -
