Thanks Dracula420, I have considered doing it myself and going as far as downloading the CK. But I don't have skyrim on my PC so I have no idea if I do make it, it would work ( to test it). However thank you for the reply and I'll look into the mods you suggested and hope that they move onto the Xbox one platform.

Could anyone please create a furyan race or something where you could play as Riddick with eyeshine, including clothing mods like the welding goggles, tank top and bracers. The only thing that exists so far are his Ulak Blades but that's it. (Xbox One)

Is it possible to create Riddick with the tank top, welding goggles, bracers etc as there is already his ulak blades, which is the only thing from him. (for Xbox one)
