Hello this problem started happening after I installed Realvision ENB (for ENB 0.262) PC SPECS: A10-5800k @ 3.8ghz AMD R7 260X 1GB 8 GB RAM 1TB HDD (805GB free) Note; This bug/gltich is happening on all video settings. (Low-Ultra) Basically what happens is the textures look muddy/bland until I get close, then they load, examples below.
