You all think the appearance of enchanted weapons in vanilla skyrim are that impressive?

Not sure if the creation kit is needed for this, but one mod from oblivion that I am eagerly hoping is recreated for skyrim is "visually enchanted." http://www.oblivionmodwiki.com/index.php/Visually_Enchanted Skyrim's enchanted weapons look terrible.
