My oblivion reloaded 8.3 also have texture problem. From tree, monsters to armor they will turn white under strong light source, and my character eyes become transparent (no eye). Lite version from nexus also has same issue. Using RX580 with latest driver. Uninstalled 8.3 and grab 6.5 (thanks google) then everything works fine. I spent hours to try setting in OR or AMD setting still no luck. Even i disable everything in OblivionReloaded.ini they still turn white, unless i disable the plugin too, and same with or without ENB

I have encounter CTD there too. If I enter institute from outside, random CTD will happen in a min or two. And instant CTD if saved in institute and loads it. After rooting out mod by mod, I found out the reason is the NPC edit of courser. Seems that all coursers are affected too, so you may encounter CTD when you attempt to speak with the first course in the main storyline. I've wiped out all changes to courser and now no more CTD or issue in institute. Er, too bad i didnt noted down all ID when cleaning the esp, but 000BE184 is the first, fixing this at least you can load a save there. Seems that any attempt to make a female courser will lead to random CTD. Likely Dima NTR all female courser and bug this, I am going to kill him now
