The GECK crashes when I go to load the falloutnv.esm I uncheck all the DLC then click on the FNV.esm and it starts to load the files, it stops on a random thing and crashes, I don't touch anything, I have the updated version. I would like to start modding but I can't learn if I can't start the GECK. Don't know if this is the right place for this, I'm a forum scrub so pls forgiff.

Hello everyone, I am looking for a weapon mod of the BF4 Final Stand's "Railgun". I am a huge fan of the battlefield franchise and I would like to see this weapon in a fallout game, it might be super OP, but that is the whole point of it being a "railgun". perhaps there could also be a quest that goes with it, or a story of how Mr. house invested a bunch of money into an experimental weapon and it was supposed to be delivered to him but the bombs dropped while the weapon was being shipped to him? The weapon would be single shot, Very high damage, and either use bullets or energy, I'm not too sure what the weapon could fire because I saw it reload a shell that looked like a .50 but when it was fired it, green energy particles "surrounded" the barrel. Anyone reading who is great at making textures or meshes or weapon mods please give this a try? Would be appreciated.
