I am going to get oblivion and am wondering if I should go for steam or a retail copy. I want to be able to run any mod.

Hey I just got rens mystic elf race from rens beauty pack and the hires textures and I can't figre out where to place the hires textures and do you need HGEC?

Some one please help my voices2.bsa file is missing and I can't get it off of my disk again because my disk is scratched. :wallbash: Oblivion is just not the same with out the dialog.
