I have already done the purge mod option but I did not have any mods installed for Elden Ring anyway

I cannot launch Elden Ring from steam only from Vortex, does anyone know how to completely reset the games files so that I can start Elden Ring from Steam instead of Vortex.

I am currently managing Skyrim, do you know how to configure the Skyrim Script Extender 64

For some reason Skyrim is not appearing in the recently managed games section on Vortex, so I cannot set the script extender as primary to run mods.
