After the talk with Jarl Balgruuf the quest Dargon rising is complete, but for some reason the way of the voice is not starting(and yes, they advise me to visit high hrothgar but the quest is not appearing). I have no idea of what to do, when i get to high hrothgar, the door is just closed.
