Mod that would allow you to equip multiple or all mutations from the character mutation menu for NextGen 4.0 Patch.

Dear B33fj3rky44. I have a simple mod suggestion if you are still up for it. I would appreciate a mod that would make the Ranking up in the game easier as some people (me included) doesn't have the patiense to complete the rank up challenges and would like a "easy way out" option. I know this post is old and might not get your attention but I still tried anyway. Sincerely Zach.
