for the last couple of days i've been running into a small issue of when i quicksave/fasttravel or wait anything that causes the game to save it freeze for about 5 seconds but i still hear everything in the background. here is my load order

i thought it was somthing to do with vortex so i went back to NMM and i've fresh installed the game 7 times already and all mods cant figure it out

i love skyrim/skyrim se i love all the fallouts but i've never played morrow wind or oblivion what what is the bette of the two or should i get both while they are on sale

if i play the game at my screen rate (144hz) items fly everywhere but if i force it to 60 on nvidia controll panel they dont fly around anyone know what might cause this?

my game was working perfectly, but then I went through Redwater den killing everyone once I come out half my screen is black so I reload and it's fine, I then turn around and my textures are stretching all over the place I can't see anything anyone know what might cause it?

everytime i close and load nmm a bunch of my skyrim mods are deactivated am i doing somthing wrong?
