My vortex manager is blurry like low resolution, when I move my mouse over the blurriness it goes away to a different place. This started happening after I reinstalled it two days ago. Looked up the issue online and couldn't find anything related to it.

For whatever reason when I selected fallout 4 and went back to SkyrimSE it said I had zero mods active and it shows some of them disabled and some not installed. The weird thing is that all the mods still work fine, the mods are still in their folder. It said something like Skyrim.ese / se or something like that wasn't valid or something. I assure that I never moved my installed path or moved or even messed with the mods before this happened. This isn't the first time this has happened either, about a month ago the same issue happened and I painfully reinstalled all 150 mods. Is this just a bug error in Vortex or is this something that I need to look into and fix ASAP

Soooo why did my mods just uninstall themselves and half of them are disabled? Yesterday they were perfectly fine then BOOM just gone the next day.
