SentinelFPS

I installed a few visual mods and was prompted to override a few files. I did because I was being careless and as a result, most of the trees look like blue-ish white paper leaves. Like big pieces not small ones. I was wondering if anyone knew a way around this? Or if they've had the same issue? Also I deleted my ENB stuff b/c I decided not to use it since I couldn't figure it out. I do not know if there are files that need to fixed or how to check. Please help! I deleted all of my FNV mods and completely deleted and re-downloaded nexus mod manager from the Fallout 4 webpage. When ever I try to click the .exe file it says that it stopped working and thats it. But i'll make a shortcut and it works idk. Also when I open it with the shortcut way, it does not detect Fallout 4.... I already made the edits to the files and I have double triple checked them. Help?
