Never know how to start forum intro posts without sounding like the beginning of a support group... "Hi my name is reaper", "Hi reaper" ,,,, "I've been a gamer for _ (Add timeframe)". It plays out in my head that way every time and not sure why? Anyway... Hi I'm Reaper - my nickname is definitely one used by many in some way, but for me it was a nickname that came after having clinically died twice. Like a mantle for beating the Reaper on two occasions that lasted 2.5 min and around 10, with years between the occasions. So that is my origin story behind the nickname. PC gaming and user mod creation was introduced to me around 2002 +/- a year when Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne & I'm highly grateful for the chance to experience to see one of the biggest pc gaming developers of that time have a community of gamers come together and use WC3 elements as building blocks for new and great experiences. I was just finishing high school and starting university when it was really peaking, & seeing gamers pull off user generated content at a level that at that time I had only seen Linux manage to perform was a great chance. It made me respect communities like Nexus and the users who make these mods. As someone with a background and familiarity in computer science and programming and was given the chance to see mod creation when broadband had barely hit residential markets had just barely made it to people outside major cities gave me a respect and appreciation for mod creators that has stuck with me to this day. I only just recently joined Nexusmods when looking into info for Monster Hunter Rise & Sunbreak expansion. I am still looking at the options to find which mods are able to give the most benefit to what I am looking for, and then seeing some that I didn't even know I might want to use. I am pretty positive with the few I have seen so I will find some options that will improve the game experience with what I am hoping for, & just need to look further. My reason for introduction was primarily to express my appreciation and gratitude for the work done in creation and the site for creating the resources regarding the community to bring everything together. So thanks everyone. Also if anyone reading this knows of a Monster Hunter Rise mod that can be used to raise your Hunter level and open up access to the majority of the weapon and armor creation. I completed the base game for the most part, and just got into the Sunbreak content recently on the switch, and decided I wanted to switch to the pc version. Hoping that a mod with a way to help get the chance to make it to the point I was at on the switch could be hit before missing out on any events,
