Skyrim Start Screen - Boxes/Squares Instead of Menu Options

Was this problem ever solved? Cause I'm looking to play Skyrim again and its occurring for me. I uninstalled the game completely and did a fresh install without any mods and its still happening. All bsas are enabled.
