means that the gamebryo-plugin-management extension - which is what adds the plugins tab - was disabled. And Vortex doesn't disable extensions automatically, the only way this would happen is if you manually toggled the extension on the Extensions screen. And the solution is simply to enable it on that same screen and restart Vortex. The errors you get are follow-up errors from that. "gamebryo-plugin-indexlock" depends on gamebryo-plugin-management so if that is disabled, it will also fail to load. 192.168.1.1 192.168.100.1
