Just had this same issue and fixed it. It was apparently alternative repairing for some weird retarded reason. I don't know for sure, but it may be conflicting with darnified. EDIT: It's not because of darnified, its... are you ready for this? For me, it was the no explosions esp file that was from alternative reparing. For you, it may be the bottle that water but idk. When I got the black screen, before it did it, it made a equip clothing sound effect and flashed a loading screen for half a second. Best of luck to you. EDIT: Okay I have no idea what this f***ing stupid f***ing issue is. I turned that off and it fixed it temporarily then it suddenly started doing it again. I even turned off what I turned on recently. EDIT: It most definitely revolves around alternative repairing

You have to delete the hair and head folders in the meshes/characters folder. Once you do that, there will be no more clipping.
