These last few days I attempted to use Vortex for modding my SkyrimSE instance by running Vortex in a Windows Virtualbox VM and sharing the relevant folders from the host to the VM. Sadly, move deployment turned out to be highly unreliable since it seemingly arbitrarily decided to refuse installing some mod files but not others and making the deploy and purge mods buttons useless. Vortex also complained about not being able to watch the files, so I presume that whatever code does the filesystem interactions for Vortex only has limited support for the shared folders presented to windows as network shares. If move deployment could be made to reliably work with network drives/shares(?) then this VM strategy could be a good workaround.

I would like to see this, too. Vortex just dies during installation for me when using wine (development branch). VirtualBox has major performance loss making it unusable for running Skyrim and VMware is not showing created Virtual Machines so I cannot use that either. I have tried to install NMM and Vortex inside a Windows Virtual Machine with VirtualBox and get them to install the Mods through the Shared Folders feature of VirtualBox but they just don't want to install mods on a network drive. A native Vortex port would be ideal.

Hello there, I am having an issue it seems no one posted before. It's simple my Dragonborn is too big and I don't know why that happened or how to fix it. I am playing a High Elve Vampire Lord and use MO with Loot to sort my mods. Problem is that my mage Character is shown ~1.5 times bigger than he should be. I can go through smaller Tunnels though. Does anyone know to fix that issue? Thanks in advance!
