I would not buy a mug, mostly because I'm really particular about mugs. But a mouse mat is a terrific idea. It's hard enough to find those these days that it's not only cool merch, but also just a useful product on its own. I'm also keen on shirts, but I get why you don't want to jump into the deep end.

I know you said you're not changing the fixed width, but I need to voice my objection to fixed width sites generally. Fixed width is bad design. Full stop. No exceptions.
