whoa, never mind. I simply restarted my pc and it fixed itself, very odd.

Whats up, very frequently when i get to a loading screen that isn't not instant, my game would give me the not responding wheel for about 20 seconds then finish loading, Its very annoying. I've managed to rule out a few things. Its not mod related or enb related. This load screen issue only occurs on windowed mode, with or without mods/enb. If i play Skyrim full screen with mods on or off, it does not give me trouble. I much rather run Skyrim windowed. I've searched for answers myself for a couple of days and nothing. Any suggestions? In the meantime i'll continue to search these forums for answers.
