Looks a lot like the health bar added by True Directional Movement to me.

So, I finally got a SSE setup that I was happy with, but then horrible things started happening, all revolving around modded npcs. Mostly, their eyes are horribly broken: I guess all my problems were something going on with Vortex? I tried several of the problematic mods in MO2 and have no problems now. I guess I just need to get my setup back up and running in MO2 and I'll be good. Delete this post or whatever. Sorry

So installing a FPS limiter didn't actually fix anything. In fact, it broke the game more. Instead of running correctly, it was still flipping out, it just ran in fits and starts rather than in a constant blitz fashion like it had been. Edit: So, fiddling around, seems whatever the problem is, it goes away after I reboot. Annoying, but I suppose workable. Still wish I knew WHY it's happening...

So I've been playing Skyrim for a while, but I just started having an odd problem. Whenever I run the game, instead of everything happening at the right speed, everything runs about 2-3 times as fast as it should. Which makes doing anything nearly impossible (tapping E to get stuff lifts it instead, like I had held the button). Not sure what's going on or how to fix it. Running on the computer. Windows XP Athlon 3600 Geforce 550 TI Any help would be appreciated.
