if you use any ENB, try to disable it also try to turn down all background not essential applications

SOLVED: the ENB was conflicting with MSI Afterbunner

I was playing with the game when suddenly my sytem freezed due of overclocking CPU settings i was testing; since then skyrim wont start anymore. It exit to desktop just before loading the main menu, when the skyrim logo appears. I tryed to remove all the saved files and to repair the cache without success before the system crashed everything was working fine! any idea?

i have solved my "crash to desktop without errors" i loaded an older savegame i deleted the ini files

maybe it happens only in some cases, i didn't spend time to experiment it

as i told the issue is skyrim bug when you get the torch via console command (player.additem...) torches works fine if are taken from the usual places (cavern, mines..), they work wrong if equiped by console command. no driver issue, it's skyrim bug.

solved: the issue was caused by getting torches via console command.. there is also a bug in the hand animation when leaving such torches. If i get torches in mines or from any other place no issue at all.
