hmm typing enableplayercontrols in console gives me back control of my player...but it seems that the boat did not even leave the port even though I already slept on the cot. I am also unable to interact with the passenger cot at all afterwards even if I load a save and have to restart the game to interact with it.

There appears to be a bug preventing me from even getting to Point Lookout. After talking to the ferryman and getting the ticket, I activate the passenger cot. However, when I wake up, my character is stuck and cannot move at all. All my buttons are disabled (pipboy, weaponswitch, etc) but I can still shoot and change camera views. Is this a common bug and is there a fix for this?
