Since the site changed the format a bit is hard to find some stuff, can someone point me to the tools or tutorials for modding music?

Someone managed to change the sample song the Tamako-Death enemy plays so I assume there is a way to replace the music and correctly make it loop, I would like to try doing that, thanks.
