I'm having the problem too. I'm pretty much out of my HS phase and it's honestly getting a bit embarrassing.

I don't know if this is being caused by a mod or not, but I don't have any mods that mess with the Civil War questline. I went outside Whiterun, and saw catapult effects, even though the catapults themselves aren't there, since I completed Battle for Whiterun (Imperials). Has anyone else ever had this issue? Because it's annoying me to the point where I just want to delete the whole file.

Okay, so here I was playing...when I noticed that my character had two different eyebrows/eye shapes. Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it, because it is seriously bothering me. Last time I got it I became frustrated to the point of deleting that file altogether. No, the "showracemenu" doesn't fix it. And the only mods I use are the unofficial patches for the base game, Dawnguard, and Hearthfire.
