kittems

I just got this mod and the throat cut was the main reason i got it, but i cant get it to work i can do the leaping cut but if i get closer to the enemy even touching the enemy it just keep saying "I need to get closer" when physically its imposable for me to get closer >.< ive tried to search for this to see if maybe low blade/sneak skill is it, but w/e i search for i get nothing about this problem. So i had to ask
