Just saw the mod this morning. Downloaded it!

+1 Absolutely! I'm using the "Carry More with Power Armor" mod to accomplish this, but my first thought was just external cargo pods for power armor.

Yikes! You mean they look better than their predecessors in Fallout 3 and New Vegas? Well, I don't agree with you on that, but I do agree that they all look like potatoes. Actually, they all look like the same potato. How about a Children of the Wasteland mod or a Shojo mod, or an RRVault mod, or anything that improves the children. (I almost forgot to add the Gunslinger Girl Companions mod.)

The Player Character is apparently a war veteran and hero of some kind who is scheduled to give a presentation at Fraternal Post 115. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to equip your Medal of Honor (Army version?) or alternative medals while talking to NPCs? Even if the postwar knot-heads don't know what it is, such a medal hanging around the PC's neck would still carry some charisma value. (+2?) Any ideas?

Half of my mods are no longer working even though they are installed and checked in NMM. All of the items I have added to the game via mod have disappeared. Thanks again Bethesda.

Here it is 2015, and I still can't find a Miku outfit. I don't have a clue on how to even start to make one, so I guess Im stuck!

I just came back to Fallout 3 after years with FNV and Skyrim, and I find that most of the listed mods are there in name only. The files have all been marked as "hidden" by the authors. Everything is still on the Nexus except the files. I have to go someplace else to get versions of them. I'ld rather find them here at home on the Nexus.
