  2. So today I was trying to place a dragon within a cave. Its an interior cell and the room I have dragon set in is rather spacious. However, the dragon ignores barriers such as walls, bridges, boulders etc. and it flys throughout the zone. I tried looking it up, but the only suggestion I could find is to place sky markers throughout the path I wish the dragon to follow. However, the xmarkerheading extra tab is completely greyed out. Does anyone know how to enable the extra tab? Or perhaps have another suggestion on how to keep a dragon within a section of a cave? Thanks!
  3. So I have been working on this cave for the last few days now. Its turning out pretty good, just got to add the last piece of the instance and some additional clutter. However, I have noticed something a bit off while I was working on it. For some reason, no (living) NPCs I place spawn. I did place some dead orcs near the entrance which seems to work, but anything that isn't dead doesn't spawn at all when I test it out on Skyrim. I tried looking it up on google, but I couldn't find anything. Does anyone have any suggestions? If you need any files or screenshots, let me know.
  4. Hello everyone, its me again. I am doing a unique fetch quest. I had the quest giver send the player to pick up a note, that note basically asks for the player to meet the quest giver at a different location in the world. At first, I tried placing two of the same character in the world, but I got a multiple npc error. So I decided to duplicate the quest giver's character and changed the reference name, but I am still getting the same issue, despite adding him as an alias and updating my quest objectives/scenes with the new duplicate. The duplicate doesn't receive a pipboy quest marker and cannot continue the quest, aside from his greeting. So is there something I am missing? Or is there a better way in doing this? Thanks guys!
  5. Hey guys I have been modding for a few months now, so I am pretty new at this. I am trying to get one of my NPCs smoking, I tried adding [AnimFlavorSmoking] into the keywords on the NPC. It worked, but there is no cigarette in his hand. So I am pretty confused. Does anyone know a solution for this? Thanks!
  6. So I have been working on this mod for quite a while. Its a new world space that I was going to use to create a completely new game off the CK. However, while working on it one day, I received a blue screen of death, giving me a kernel error. After restarting my computer, I went directly to CK and it opened up with this error: "MASTERFILE: File "Velos.esp" is not a valid TES file. "Yes to all" will disable all Warnings for this context. I then decided to check my data folder and found that my mod had the memory of 1kb. Luckily I left a copy of my mod file (537kb) in another folder, I tried replacing the 1kb file in the data folder with my copy, but I still get this error. I went to my mod's details on the data loading window and found absolutely nothing on the file. Did the kernel error I got delete my mod? Is there any way of getting it back? I still have my copy of the mod in another folder.
  7. I am currently working on my first ever mod for skyrim but I hit a snag when it came down to textures. I am desperately trying to find some textures off the internet that isnt terrible. I was wondering if I could perhaps get some recommendations to some good texture websites. I literally have about 10 weapons models already made on blender and ready to be textured and would absolutely love to put them in the game! :D Thank you for the help :)
