It's a bit weird: if I click on the button which should lead to "Yes! Let's check which version is the latest!" the NNM shows that I have the latest version, but it's not true. Is this a bug or did I do something wrong?

I love the "Harld World" or the various cinematic enb's ... but they kill my framerate. Is there a ENB which makes the world more ... dark/silent hillish/harsh but without altering the tone to brown/green/pastel and keeps a stable FPS? Something like ... "Harld World" but without the 30 stolen FPS. :/

This is a mod-site on which several hundreds of people share and rate their creations. So why in the name of f*#@ are there people out there with let's say piercings, tunnels, labret piercings and nice stuff and won't say where to get it? It's a modding-community after all! God damn ...

So ... I just need to write my own readme and edit all the files and change some values and stuff; and say: "Here's a brand new mod!" - that's it? o.O

And if he keeps adding more and more of stuff people don't want and refuses to upload the mod like they want? If he - let's say - ruins it and never give a option to choose? How much do I need to change that I can use it as "my" mod?

Hi there. I took the freedom to overhaul a mod, people love. It's the "Divine Relevation" mod. It's fantastic, but the creator decided to include things people don't want in the first place, because they wanted what the mod promised: a flora overhaul and a jungle vibe. They DON'T want excessive bump maps, new textures for rocks and roads, 10 times more grass by default and flickering lights. So I cleaned said mod and oh look - it's even smaller in size. But the creator won't answer my question if I may upload his mod as a "enhanced/overhaul" edition. I even said that I'll credit him, of course. So, questionis: may I upload the mod with HIM in the credits or does this count as "theft"? Because really ... the community WANTS the changes and NO bump maps.

Hey there. Is there any mod which recignizes the player wearing a gasmask or full helmet and adds this special acoustic effect to it? Like the one in Mass Effect where you speak with this walkie talkie voice when you're wearing the full helmet. :3
