  1. I installed the enhanced vanilla trees mod, and it made the distant trees darker and more akin to the closer trees, thank you. It's not quite perfect, but its a huge improvement over what they used to be. Thanks, fixed.
  2. Thank you all for good responses. I'm actually aware of DynDOLOD, but the installion procress seemed quite daunting. I'll see if I can make it installed and how it works. Thanks though. My game averages at 30-40 fps range atm, and I'd rather not have any other major resource hogs if I can avoid it. (I've been wondering if I should get rid of ENB, as its pretty much the only item that causes performance drop, as in, I can run 2-4k textures without enb and still have 60 fps, but as soon as I enable ENB, 20-30 fps hit). Alternatively, I might just wait for the free Special Edition..

I've recently been installing, uninstalling and reinstalling various weather, graphical and lighting mods to try to get the interior lighting as I want. This issue with trees did not exist before. I do not know which mod causes it, but perhaps it might be common "bug". I should add that there are quite a bit of texture popping when approaching things, like ornaments on certain houses, treex, rock formations, etc. Any remedy to this, or perhaps mods that could improve the drawing distance would be appreciated. I tried one (can't remember name) but it made the distant trees cut in half and blocky. Thank you for any help you might provide.
  5. I may have been able to fix most CTDs now. I found some tweaks to make to enb files, mainly the win10 stability and threads. Thanks for help.
  6. Hey, Thank you I checked the save game files with Script Cleaner, and it didn't find anything to clean. I will browse Reddit's logs to see if I can find anything. I changed some ENB settings as guided there, and set up SKSE.ini to properly log CTDs. thank you. Perhaps with these it should be more clear what is causing the crash. ty.
  7. Hello. I have fresh install of Skyrim, and fresh save game. Couple of mods (read: 100+), but the load order is handled by LOOT and the mods have been cleaned to avoid dirty plugins. However, generally on starting a new game or reloading a save shortly after (I haven't played the game beyond the first 10 mins), it crashes.   8. This is what my game looks like in certain areas (not everywhere, but quite common sight. Also, the Lonesome Road DLC was way worse with glitches...) The glitches go away if I disable ENB (using the latest from their website). Some kind of an fix would be nice, and I'm pretty clueless with how to fix this... If it matters, I'm also using Project Nevada and Project Reality plus a few other minor mods. Thanks...
  9. So, my problem is that if I want to command my followers to do something, the command gets cancelled as soon as I leave the 'Command state'. For example, if I press and hold 'E' while looking at my follower, enter the command state and issue my follower to sit on a chair, they will do so. But, as soon as I press Tab (or any other way) to leave the command state, my follower gets up and asks if theres anything else they can help with. I want them to stay on the chair, sitting. This is more troublesome if I command them to wait on a specific spot, because, as soon as I leave the command state, they will continue to follow me. Is this intended or bug...? Thanks.
  10. Hey, I'm not sure if anyone has thought about this or asked, but I think it would add immersion to the game, if the ice dragon breath froze solid others (NPCs and maybe the PC?). If the breath would freeze pretty much almost permanently, or at least for long enough to consider it a quite a long time other npcs, I think it would add more immersion to the game. Right now its just pretty lame looking that a guard charges a dragon and just stands through the ice and fire breaths not really giving the effect a second thought. Also, if it would be possible, to add somekind similiar effect to the firebreath, so that those who get immolated would react to it, instead of going as normal and ignoring the fact that they are shrouded in flames... If these kinda mods would be possible, it would be really nice. :) Thanks.
  11. Hey, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to try an create new and better looking "assassin / thief" armor set. What I'm looking for myself, is something not so slim-fit armor. I would really want to like the armors in game, but they are just way too slim-fit for my tastes. I would like for the hood to be quite loose, something akin to Assassin's creed, but with a dark or black mask covering the face underneath the hood (eyes visible). For the chest armor, something akin to this: link, but just the armor part (I really like those flappy 'skirt like parts'.) And for the boots, something more of a swashbuckler boots. Like the boots in this image: boots. For the gloves, the thieves guild hands are pretty decent looking, or something that fits the overall style.... I would appreciate this SO very much, if someone would find the time and interest to work it out. Thanks,
