Im using fallsouls and want to be able to see behind the pipboy when using it, this is most likely an ini tweak but i want to remove the blur effect of the surrounding when using the pipiboy. Also reduce its size if anyone knows an ini tweak that does so. Thank you

Yes, my G: drive is the correct destination, its my gaming SSD, which is why im using it. I will try shutting malwarebytes while running DynDOLOD but I remember using DynDOLOD a few months ago on the same setup with malwarebytes active... I too think that this is a path issue but the destination paths are correct. When I moved my singleplayer games to my ssd, I reinstalled NMM, TES5Edit, etc. for FO4, SSE and Oldrim. The thing is... TexGen uses TES5Edit for finding the game path, and TES5Edit is set to the correct path and is working so technically this shouldnt be the issue... but like you said the Log does seem to indicate that DynDOLOD cant find skyrim, which is why im posting this issue on the forum, it doesnt make sense! Edit: reading your post again... I might have something corrupted (i dont know what but well see), ima start by testing DynDOLOD on a separate vanilla Oldrim.

Moving the game from the installation directory isnt wrong. If you set a new path for external apps like NMM for instance, it doesnt change anything besides moving the game away from Steam. I will try validating my files since thats one of the few things I havent done. DynDOLOD doesnt care about the games directory, nor does any mod or utility tool as long as the path is set.

I havent validated Skyrim through Steam since the Creation club update, but that never gave me an issue, and DynDOLOD used to work on this same version as well... As far as the archive goes, I looked at Skyrim.ini before making this post and to my surprise everything seamed in order, which is why I dont understand why DynDOLOD is acting like that, everything seam in order... 1rst off, I never had any problem with DynDOLOD or TES5LODgen in the past. I took a break from modding, now 6 months later, im making a new modded game (OLDRIM). Yet TES5LODgen and DynDOLOD are giving me the cold shoulder. I know my way around modding but this problem is beyond my current knowledge. Pls dont give me basic solutions like pointing me to GamerPoets tutorial, the information im looking for could not be found on forums and tutorials. Skyrim is working fine as well no problem with any mod. -Skyrim [Archive] in Skyrim.ini are properly identified. -DynDOLOD and its applications were working fine in the past on the same game. -The BOSS load order located in AppData\Local is right. -TES5Edit based patchers and all other patchers like Skyproc are working fine as well. -The .BSA skyrim textures are in the data folder as well... I dont use Windows 10, Windows 7 is still better. The point is not about optimization, the point is that a GTX 1070 should run vanilla oldrim on ultra out of the box.

Even with my experience as a modder, I struggle to understand how bad the old Skyrim engine is. With a heavily modded SSE game on ultra with a performance heavy ENB I get a buttery smooth steady 60 fps. Same for FO4. Yet, for Oldrim, I cant play the Vanilla game on ultra without stutter spikes that occur when loading cells outdoors. Vanilla Oldrim will run at 60 fps with frequent stutter spikes that will dip to 55 fps. As much as Im sure its the engine, I cant quite wrap my head around that kind of poor performance. The best solution in my experience is to lower the distant object detail setting and the Object fade setting in the launcher, or manually tweaking the inis accordingly. The old FPSclamp trick works as well, but when you start modding Oldrim, the main issue resurfaces. I probably tried every solution possible, yet maybe some of you experience modders can give me a new perspective on the matter. But before posting, I want to make it clear that this is not mod issue or an ini problem, STEP is irrelevant here, from my experience this issue revolves around perhaps the Nvidia drivers, the graphics card itself, the old Skyrim engine, or something else that im unaware of. Check your Nvidia control panel, check your inis: generate new vanilla ini. Other than that it sounds like a vsync problem to me. make sure vsync is activated on your gpu and disabled in skyrimpref.ini and skyrim.ini if you dont know how to do it

I dont know If you are playing on Vanilla SE, but a line on water surface is the separation between different wave flow, Realistic Water Two causes this.

In certain places in Skyrim SE the distant terrain or LOD textures are misplaced and stretched. Now, I dont remember if this was in Legendary Skyrim, but this is not caused by texture mods. This problem is present in vanilla SkyrimSE. It does not occur randomly but at specific locations. sick! @ the magazine pic, i always wanted power armors to feel like deadly war machines, but they need integrated weapons for that. I wish I had the modding expertise to make it myself.

How cool would it be to have a mounted minigun on your power armor or some integrated armblades. It would take a lot of work but eventually it would be cool to see some of the automatron dlc robot mods and weapons on a power armor rig. The real challenge is to make them usable though.
