I know it now. But when my posts disappeared I know NOTHING about what was going on. I understand the reason behind giving mod creators such rights and I have nothing against it. But it would be much different for me if there was some kind of notice. PM from mod creator with any explanation like: "I decided to hide our conversation cause it become too emotional. Do You want me to send You data that You posted?" I can like it or not, it's her choice, but it would be nice to receive a bit of respect that way. Even moderation note like "Your post was hidden by mod creator. Explanation: no explanation." would be better than being totally ignored. PPL have warnings for being verbal abusive or breaking other rules. When You receive nothing You start wandering what terrible or stupid thing have You done, that You don't deserve even this. You can't even check, ask sb's opinion, cause You posts are gone... There is usually some moderation notice and if You give mod creators god like rights, maybe some semi automatic tools sending notice, would be a good idea. Being a creative mod designer does not guarantee that a person is mature, calm and communicative.

Thank You for checking, It's nice to see that You care. So technically my posts were not deleted, just hidden with main post written by mod creator (asking for performance feedback...). Not much difference from my point of view - my posts disappeared and no explanation given from person who did that. Since I know it's her doing, then no more support from me anymore for her mods. Not much, but all I can do. Respect can be earned and can be lost. It's good to know that it's one person attitude not some Nexus' strange hidden rules :) Thank you for your support!

Thank You for the information. So mod author can delete post in comments section that is not against the rules, just because he/she doesn't like it. No explanation required. Ok, next time I will think twice before spending time on creating sth that can be so easily destroyed, without a way to appeal against a mod creator decision or even save my data.

Hi. I am not sure where I can find answer, so I post here. I am old nexus user, but newby when it's about posting. I know rules, and try to not break it. But today my 2 posts were deleted and I don't know reason behind it. I received no formal warning. My "Warnings and restrictions" tab is empty. I had no pm telling me why moderator did it. I wasn't asked to delete what was considered inappropriate. All I know is that mod creator didn't like my post and probably took it personally, but I tried to explain what my goal was - I wanted to help improving the mod. Maybe form was wrong, but my intentions where good. If I did sth against the rules it wasn't intentional. I am not a native English speaker so I am aware that I am making mistakes and what I write can be understood contrary to my intentions. But if asked I can clarify what I mean. Without any tips I don't know what the problem was. I don't know what should I do and not do in the future: Was my post too long? Irrelevant informations, conclusion would be enough? (I could delete everything else if asked) No mod comparison pls. I shouldn't write anything before I improve my English? Constructing critic is allowed but not advised, only if mod author likes it. I can write "Hi. Your preset is great!" but post "Hi, Your preset is great however preset Y has better performance. I like Yours more, so I did some research - If I change xyz setting I have the same performance." can be deleted without explanation. First post wasn't a problem, 2nd one was (why??). If You are a newby don't You dare to make any suggestions for veterans. We just don't like You, go away?My many hours effort was deleted without explanation. First I felt bad cause mod creator reacted like I was attacking her, while I was trying to help as I could. I really admire her work and didn't want to offend her. I wasn't expected this, it didn't sound very rational to me, but ok, she didn't want my analysis and suggestions. I tried to clarify and receive no answer and discover this morning that everything was deleted without even a notice. I fell as I was treated like a piece of garbage, not deserving event a short explanation. Can a moderator explain the situation for me pls? PM preferred - I don't want public drama, just an explanation. Cause right now I am afraid to write another post. Not sure if it will be deleted and why. What unwritten rules are...
