  1. I personally returned to TNT ENB and Obsidian Weathers. Haven't had the time to make it work properly with LUX though or decide on replacement of LUX. The setup misses some stuff from the above. Best i found was NAT Weathers with its default ENB. It has a Prepass shader for Snow covering even PC/NPC gear which is excellent but has to be turned off near Water because the shader makes water look almost Transparent. With Water for ENB you can still distinguish it's Water especially from the appropriate angles as Reflections and Light affect it but the Water Texture turns transparent still. I haven't found an alternative for that in Skyrim. The Water is good with NAT overall but requires the appropriate Water for ENB fomod options. One downside of NAT is the reflections caused on Hair with its Subsurface Scattering Shader. Looking from certain angles Fur might look overall Wet and Plastic. Doesn't always happen though. An alternative would be Solas Weathers with EVC ENB. Its has a different design philosophy though so it may or may not be appealing.
  2. I tried. Some years ago with outfit studio. Had no sucess propably because i am not skilled enough with the tools. Tried again and messed up propably because i dont know what i am doing. The steps. Ever seen the mod Varied Guard Armor ? These mashup models are also used in Requiem. Specifically the Whiterun Steel Cuirass that is worn over top of the main Guard Armor. So what i wanted to do is use the Cuirass part of the mod in order to add it on top of all Guard Armor. All holds of Skyrim same models. Then the goal would be to replace the Fur Boots and Gauntlets with Nordic Cuffed Boots and Steel Nordic Gauntlets as well as the helmets with the regular Steel helmet. That one's easy i can do that. Eventually some Guards would be left without the Steel Cuirass for variation ''Patrols or small Town Patrols'' On some rare occasion there would be a random Guard with the Horned Steel Helmet version 2Handed wielders in particular with a model from which the Horns would be removed acting as a Shock troop variant. The goal was also to exclude possible other mashup items such as random leather on top or random pouches and horns because they would look average anyway. Less is better philosophy. I believe this would be the best revival for Guard Armor staying in line with the Concept Art. Of course in terms of Textures of the parts i find Amidianborn/ Frankly HD/ Shields of the Holds and Pfusher's Cubemaps the best option. So. If anyone knows what he's doing and wants to experiment i hope the idea helps. As for myself i still got trouble understanding what i am doing so i dont know if i get anywhere.
  3. Definitely more optimized and less intrusive then iNeed. There's is of course Last Seed which has more than Sunhelm and is lighter than iNeed. Integreates well with Campfire Frostfall. Sadly it requires Frostfall and i am a fan of either Survival Mode or Sunhelm Cold.
  4. There aren't many especially ones involving Faction NPC Relationship Encounter Story Adventure enhancement. Recently i found something that expands on Serana and Valerica introducing also a new follower. It sort of makes them ''Darker'' overall and for some quite extreme or out of place. There are 2 versions one newer one older and different. However its concept is build around some swearing and sexual content/ mods. Might work for those who want something like that and like something extra to Amorous Adventures with RDO and SDE but going to more extreme directions. I am personally not sure if i should try it even. Its called Dirtyborn lol Being honest i would prefer something more ''Toned Down'' and not too much on the ''Lewd Spectrum'' of mods. It does however add greatly to some roleplay concepts. So there are mods around. Its just that the motivation of them remains the same as 10 years ago and its reflected on their content.
  5. Personally i like how Bethesda always depicted them uniquely and they are not like some Weeaboo Concept Art Elves. The Medieval Fantasy Artstyle of The Elder Scrolls is well balanced and acceptable for a larger audience. Its good they keep up with it and we can expect improved art on their Next Generation games as well. Only other depiction of Elves i liked is LOTR and the Witcher Saga.
