Well this is weird, in mi inventory i can see that chrome effect on weapons and armos, but in game dosent seem to work, in every single objet that is supose to be So if someone knows were the file that make te chrome efect work perhaps i will be able to fix this issue. I triet but same problem... i think is a windows problem, visuals c++ installers are not working properly, if someone can just upload this libScePad.dll file i will able to drop it in the game folder an see if it works, should be in C:/windows/system32

The program can't start because libScePad.dll is missing, some one knows how to fix this?
