  1. I have actually lost interest in finishing dragon age with this mod vanishing the way it did. I keep thinking he'll reply to his e-mail or something. With this much time having past, I think it was pretty crappy to ask for testers then cut and run in this manner with no word.
  2. I tested the new ancient blood magic mod that was due to be released. I was remarkably well done, and almost ready to be released. That's why I was trying to give as much feedback as I could, but also bottom lining what I considered the fewest amount of changes to make the mod ready to be released. With so much time having gone by and not a peep from the author I am starting to think the author just decided to move on to another game, or was taking the feedback as something like a new list of a million things to do. I don't remember exactly, but I think one thing that absolutely had to be changed is the con bonus taken off some spells because it was causing a glitch that was permanently removing X% of your mages HP. That was the only major bug I found, the rest of the issues were balancing problems. Like adding a longer cooldown to the demon summons, and stuff like that. I just wish the guy would e-mail the people that did take the time to test the mod with ANY info on what happened. Even something like "This was taking up way too much of my time, so I am quitting the mod and deleting it off the site" would be a 100 times better then just wondering WTF happened, and wondering if it's going to come back at some point.
  3. I guess the author could of dropped the whole thing because he was feeling pressured, but the comments on the mod page were all very positive. Hope to hear some news on this
  4. http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=388 It was at that address, does that mean the author deleted it?
  5. Okay, so the high dragon has a static loot table? I am about to try and take it on so will see if I can down it or not.
  6. Yeah I have turned in the drake scales in twice already. I figured the best thing to do when I do get the dragon scale is to get the massive armor. My tank would take a while to be able to wear it (once I get enough points to put into STR) but after that he'd be set for his tank gear from then on out. I did turn in the 10 sovereigns and have a regular drake scale armor set and a superior drake scale armor set. Having the tank and my melee dpser in fire resist gear is why I think I'll be able to drop that dragon. My main character is a mage so it doesn't seem there is much in it for that character. One reason I'd just like to get it out of the way. Do you know anywhere someone as posted that dragon's loot table? If there is something good for a caster on his loot table I'd like to make sure I get that from him, and if not I can just load in from before the fight and try again.
  7. I am fairly new to the game. Most of my characters are 9 to 11 I just finished off Kolgrim, and did some fights against the dragon. I think I could beat it, but I then I thought about it, and didn't want to kill this dragon this early on and get the dragon scale gear for a lvl 11 tank. Does the dragon ever come back so you can slay it again, or is it just a one time deal. If it is a one time deal, when is the best time to kill it?
  8. These spells seem very underpowered, it almost looks like my healer who has spellbloom doesn't hardly get back the mana it cose to cast it. Curious if there is a simple mod that makes those 2 spells more effective.
