I had the same Problem, upgrading to the latest Version helped.

Did you uninstalled a mod recently? Some mods that use hidden quests can cause problems when they get uninstalled without deactivating the quest.

Maybe your mouse is broken, can you test it with another Game?

I think it's a bug in BOSS, I had the same experience. It's not possible that a mod adds dirty edits to another file, only the creation kit and maybe programs like TES5edit can do this. It shouldn't matter. But to be absolutely sure start with the master files.

When i started NMM this morning it worked without problems. Now i downloadet some Skyrim mods from the Nexus (Splash of Rain, W.A.T.E.R, Skyrim HD, Skyrim Flora Overhaul, Better Dynamic Snow and Ruins Clutter Improved) and NMM crashed after the downloads were finished. When I started NMM again it began to freeze every few clicks for 30 to 60 seconds. I redownloadet and reinstalled NMM, but it doesn't get better. Any ideas?

Looks like a graphics card problem. Have you installed the latest drivers?

Dirty edits have nothing to do with an unclean install, they are allways in the program, they are mistakes made by the writer of the mod/addon. To clean your master files watch this video by Gopher This Video helps you clean your mods, ist basicly the same procedure.
