Kellogg was able to speak to the Sole Survivor, using Detective Valentine's body, when all that was left of him was part of his brain. Granted, that was with the help of Dr. Amari and a cybernetic component in Kellogg's brain. Still, if the Institute and Dr. Amari were to work together: They might be able to download the memories and personality off of a dead brain. For that matter, they might be able to download the memories and personality off of a feral ghoul's brain. There may be a cure for Oswald's friends after all!

I had the same idea. I haven't had problems with Vault 88 yet, probably because I haven't done much with my Vault 88. But I've read about problems when settlements are too big. Splitting up Vault 88 and Spectacle Island into multiple settlements would be the obvious solution.

My understanding is: When you put a fusion core into power armor, the armor takes the core from your innovatory which has the highest charge. Is there a mod that reverses that, that makes it so power armor takes the fusion core with the lowest charge? I thought there was a mod like that out there, but I can't find it.
