THE ISSUE IS FIXED, THE SOLUTION WAS GOING BACK TO MY ORIGINAL MESH AND CHECKING IF MY NORMALS WERE ALIGNED CORRECTLY (FACING OUTWARD). ALSO, MAKE SURE YOUR TRIANGULATION IS CORRECT, MINE BASICALLY HAD MISSING FACES WHEN I LOOKED BACK.
