Wow I thought I replied......I see what you mean. Also, I found out that it was the ENB's vsync overlapping my graphics cards. Never had an issue with that and randomly it breaks. Lol. I'm using my graphics cards vsync without issues and enb's vsync is turned off. Strange though, how it would continually decrease fps. Oh well. Thank you though :)

Yeah I started a new game, I use nexus mod manager but for models and textures it's mostly manual. I am afraid to verify cache at this time because I currently have no way of backing up my install (no space to do so) and last time I verified cache, Steam deleted EVERYTHING Skyrim-related. I despise steam and steam cloud. Any .ini edits are edits that I have tried and found to be stable, non-game breaking edits, that have never given me issues before. Nothing too fancy or crazy, more on the side of increasing detail for certain things. What's more weird is, as shown in video (well, what I decided to record anyway) is that this only happens in Riverwood, with the FPS dipping to single digits in Sleeping Giant Inn gradually over time. Again, this is a reinstalled game on a freshly installed windows using the same mods and setup as before, and I've never had this issue in Riverwood, ever, for any install. Max settings for ENB, in the most demanding areas of Skyrim, don't have this issue. I know riverwood is/was notorious for certain spots causing huge FPS drops but, I have never experienced it, and it seems nobody has experienced what I am. Except for a couple people, and their solutions have nothing to do with my set up :( Did a ghost posses my computer? Maybe the ghosts all of those I've slain in Riverwood for giving attitude? Lol

I've tried everything from reinstalling the game, windows, drivers, ect. All available fixes that you can find on google and the nexus. This happened, seemingly randomly. Well, it happened right as I dropped my keyboard during gameplay, and no idea why. This makes me think a key, or combination of keys, was pressed, causing the issue. One time this happened, it was because "brute force" in ENB accidentally got turned on. Turned off, problem solved. Another time, it seemed to go away by itself. I disabled mods, all of them, the enb, ect. Still no dice. No solution. Now what makes it weird, is pausing the game or opening the console makes the frames jump back up to normal, then right back down when unpaused or console closed. This doesn't happen until after a few minutes. And it get's weirder. It seems this only happens in a small area of riften, as shown in the video I'm about to upload, as well as inside the Inn. Once I cross over a certain spot outside, the frames get better. Or so I thought. That was, until I turned my ENB back on, and didn't get the performance I was supposed to get (40+ frames outside), also shown in the video that will posted soon. It was worse with all of my mods disabled, and happened almost instantly. Disabled half, happened after a minute or so, disabled them all, happened after a few minutes. When I first noticed it, with all mods and ENB enabled, it would slowly, gradually decrease, then after all mods and ENB disabled, it would take a bit to drop 1 FPS, then drop a whole 10 FPS. This is all while looking at the same spot, doesnt matter if it's a performance unfriendly spot, or a super performance friendly corner inside the Inn. But this shouldn't matter, as I've been playing with these mods, changing nothing, perfectly fine, up until this point, and it's even a new game save. So, what gives?

Awesome! I'll contact you as soon as I get some female roles. I need a minimum of 2 males and 2 females
-
Okay cool. Once all spots are filled, I'll contact everyone about the project :)
-
Lmao are you male or female?
-
anyone else interested? I want to make sure I have enough people before I start working on this again
-
I'm going to let people pick their roles, but also recommend them for some if I feel they would be best for a certain character. It's a project I dropped because I couldn't even find anybody but I would to pick this back up. What is meant by "sides"? Did you mean "lines"? lol

So, I can make simple followers, i have 2 files of dieerent ones uploaded already, but, what eludes me is how to apply custom face tattos and armor/weapons. Can someone either walk me through the process after I finish the base follower, or maybe do it for me? (Because, I have a very stressful life, end even little thing's get to me, and through that frustration I want to throw my computer through a wall) I have permissions, so, if anyone is kind enough to help me out (Sigh, I shouldn't say this because I don't want to sound any type of way but, I'm always helping people, and people rarely ever want to me. It would be nice to get some help for a change) please reply here or shoot me a message and we can discuss how we're going to go about this. I'm going to use my preset here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/87122

I need voice actors/actresses for some followers that will be involved separate quests, but if you use all the followers, their fates will intertwine into something great, with a huge quest. I don't want to give too much detail yet, as I'm not sure what to say without spoiling anything. When I think of some details that won't spoil the story, I will post them. Two character's are finished and ready to become followers. They are both female. There will be 3 male characters and a couple more females. The more the better. So far we have Kairi Kirineko and Selina Selvtillit. Hope to hear from some people soon!
