I solved my issue by downloading a update for FOMM, it shows the master requirements of plugins at the bottom, I check that and saw which one I was missing. Apparently I had the very old beta version. So everytime now i try to launch NVSE it warns me whats missing.

install and run Loot http://loot.github.io/ Hello thanks for the reply, I downloaded LOOT and used it, and now I have a different loot order. But when I start FNV its still the same, I get stuck on the main screen without being able to see any menu and then crash when i click enter.
