I know I'm necroing an old thread, but why would I just open my DA:O install folder? You just said click on the folder with no other explanation and then to click on the non-companion NPC folder's. So far the installer doesn't do anything. After I run it and check my DA:O install, nothing is added or removed so I'm curious as to what the installer application actually does. Running it a subsequent time merely opens the executable paired along with the installer - which does nothing with any combination of choosing options from different tabs and clicking install.

Hey man, i'm missing the same textures. I know this post is as old as earth but could you post your mod list so I can see what we have in common? I'm missing the exact same textures, and im missing another wooden textures that sometimes shows up outside.

I know that SE uses specular maps for some textures like landscapes. I'm having the issue right now as well with a certain wooden board texture used on some platforms in the Reach. I think it may have something to do with that but I'm not sure. If you find a solution let me know will you?
