My personal recomendation? Back up the mods uninstall skyrim and do a fresh install. Than try one mod at a time and see which one breaks it.

I actually used him to figure out how to do it in the first place :D He doesnt have the issue I do though, the game recognizes that it exists (help "stun field") It just doesnt show in any menu.... Thank you for taking the time to answer though! "D

Attached below is a way OP spell. This is my first attempt at a spell and am in no way actually going to release this mod to the public unless asked for it. The problem with the spell is it simply does not show in your inventory of spells. I am sure this is something extremely obvious but I cant find anything on this. If I try to relearn the spell it says I already have it learned and can not relearn it, but I still cant use it. Any help would be appreciated as this is my first mod/spell and I need all the help I can get.
