Here is my Load Order in just in case it is needed.

After changing from Nexus Mod Manager to Mod Organizer (it took a very long time) I started to play Skyrim. After a few minutes of playing I recognised a small symbol at the bottom of my screen that wouldn't go away and became quite infuriating (OCD). After searching the web I came up with no solutions and I even got rid of the HialgoBoost logo just to make sure they were not related. Anyway, here is the picture and if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
