Will texture mods for old DX9 DS2 work with new DX11 version ? If yes then do we have to use same method to install mods?

Screw Tecmo, They release videos like this and then expect modders to respect characters in their game by not releasing mature mods..lol SoftEngine is disabled in DOA 5 PC version..Code is there just disabled..I hope some modder will enable it :P

I want a mod which makes all armor schematics available for purchase in merchant shops...Is it possible to make such mod? I want Dalish Warrior armor schematic but it's a super rare random loot drop..I have farmed multiple areas for this armor but no luck :(.... I don't want to run/use 3rd party software like CheatEngine to add armor schematics..Last time i used that f*#@in s#*!, it installed virus on my PC.. So, it's a request to all super talented modders to make a mod which solves this random loot drop problem.. thank you
