Hey guys, I've had this problem for a while now and it's been bugging me. I'd really appreciate any help. High shadow settings really take a hit in performance on my laptop, so I leave it at medium. But inside near fires, or outside along buildings I get these weird shadows everywhere. I notice the closer I get to a building the more in disappears. On high it's not really noticeable unless you look for it. In this case it's towards the top of the building. That suggests that I have a greater view distance without seeing it. On ultra, it isn't there. But I don't want to run such high shadow settings because it really hurts my fps. Any ideas? I thought it was shadow striping, but the mod that fixed that didn't work for me and now it's hidden. Thank you!
