  1. The accent for the Nords is Swedish.
  2. Your graphics Card is well below the Minimum specs.... Hasn't stopped me from playing on high with no issues up to this point. QUICK EDIT: I've decided to invest in a new 660Ti GFX card...hopefully that will solve a lot of my woes.
  3. Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Processor: Intel® Core i7 CPU 930 @ 2.80GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.8GHz NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 Nothing out of the ordinary, no. I've never had this problem until last week. I always try to kill iTunesHelper before playing anything. Little parasite. Although I've never had any issues with any programs stealing memory, not even iTunesHelper.
  4. What specs would you like to see? If I quit the game, my computer seems to take several seconds to get back to its normal performance. For example, If I try to open Chrome, it will act frozen for several seconds before becoming functional.
  5. Hey there, I've put about 190 hours in Skyrim so far and I've never had this problem before. Within 5 minutes of gameplay, my game will freeze for several seconds, the screen will turn black, then put me back in the game with a dramatically reduced frame rate, and mouse input is severely lagged, nothing I do seems to fix it except for a total restart of my computer, but that only fixes it temporarily, as it will happen again within the same time frame during every single attempt at playing. I have no doubt that this is a memory leak, but I don't know what to do... ...Cleanmem did NOT help at all. I have 1GB of VRAM and 4GB of RAM, and I have never had problems like this until last week. Please, if anyone has any helpful advice, I would greatly appreciate it.
  6. Last night everything was working fine, but this morning when I tried to download anything with the Nexus Mod Manager, it tells me that the "file does not exist," and it also has no update data for any of my other mods. I've tried reinstalling the NMM, which didn't help anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  7. Turns out, that I'm experiencing this problem on ALL of my games, not just Skyrim now. Great. I have an nVidia 250 GTS 1GB graphics card, which has served me very well so far. I have the latest drivers installed.
  8. I would completely agree with you if I was experiencing this issue with other games, but that is not the case at all. It's just with Skyrim, and it was after I did the "Verify integrity of game cache" and the game actually identified my video card for once. It has it auto-set to high, but I turn the shadows to low, distant object detail to low, radial blur to medium, and FXAA off.
  9. All right, after having recently gone back and forth with the BethSoft technical support, I was told to go into Steam and run the "verify integrity of cache" command. So I did that. I was missing a file, missing file was reaquired. My game had previously failed to load levels entirely, and I was experiencing a horrible framerate when the game auto-tuned itself to "high" settings. After the cache-integrity sequence happened it ran great for about...11 seconds. However, now every time I load any save, I see these peculiar speckled dots and splotches all over my screen. I can last about 11 seconds before my game game freezes, then my screen will turn black. For a moment or so the game will come back up on display, but remain frozen, then, I get what I call the white screen of death, and then the game ceases to respond entirely. I have no idea what to do now, BethSoft isn't helping at all.
  10. It's extremely frustrating, especially when I am told that I simply didn't read the instructions or readme file, which is what I followed to the letter.
  11. I have recently installed the latest version of SKSE, the one supposed to be compatible with version 1.5.26. I followed the readme's instructions and placed all the .dll files in the same folder with the TESV.exe file. However, when I try to run the SKSE Loader, I recieve this error message: "Couldn't find TES_.exe" ...What? The program isn't even searching for the correct .exe file, which is TESV.exe! I've tried reinstalling multiple times, but to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
