still cant find a mod that gives all perks = = sigh, i cant be bothered to type all the perks in console

thank u so much <3 do u know of any companion behavior modifier mod i wanna them to equip better weapons and use some jets~

guys i need help i remember few years back when Fallout 3 was released i download 4 mods for Fallout 3 that enables me to 1. add perks, adjust SPECIAL points, skill points, caps and etc 2. recruit unlimited companions 3. teleport between locations 4. get all items/weapons etc i know that we can use the console for it but i remember coming across this mods last time now i try to look for it, i can't seem to find them anymore can somebody link me to the mods if you find something similar ? thank u so much~
