Thanks for taking the time of writing this, I think I can just pretty much link this to anyone arguing "but the modders do it so that everyone can enjoy the mods, right?" from now on.

Did you make a backup of the .ini file? if the installation folder is the same, then the change must be in the My Games folder.

Are you using TESMod Manager?, that thing ghosts files without asking.

I dont even know what Im doing wrong, I've been trying to get a stable Oblivion for like a year now, and I dont honestly know what Im doing wrong anymore, Im having CTD's at every loading screen, randomly at that, sometimes it will take 17-20 loading screens for me to CTD, sometimes it will be the second one... I just dont know, am I doing something wrong with the .exe file? I just put the 4GB patch, is it the .ini file I've deleted it and reinstalled the DarnUI like 20 times now, just if someone knows can I get some help please?

Was that Crowded Cities the Improved or normal versions, and also was that the NoSCRIPT or SCRIPT versions?

Well its not the load order, already changed to BOSS and rebuilt my Bash Patch and Im still getting the crashes

But isnt BOSS's MAsterList uotdated by this point?

Have you tried a purger: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/9139/? You have Streamline, did you put the "Purge before saving" option on in the menu? (Ctrl+Inicio)

//astrob0y I use LOOT the successor of BOSS so I dont think order is it, Crowded cities might be, but Id need a mod to replace it otherwise cities like Anvil look like ghost towns, does anyone have any recommendation?
