Well it looks like I just have to reinstall skyrim and all the mods and stuff... hehe.. skyrim wont even loadup now... it has been a looooooong time since I did a clean install or anything like that maybe 2 years or more and 1 save game all that time 500 different mods. Im just going to have to clean that save up and a fresh install... but not now tho last time it took my a whole day to just reinstall the mods and things oh well..

Yeah I agree with it being a hobby I like to trial and error from time to time but this issue.. just cant fix it I have the Vsync and fps limit of the enb disabeled and my driver's on adaptive so thats not the problem

Yes I have done that, I use onetweak and all the skyrim preformance mod thingy's and .ini

Yeah well I deleted the enb, and yes I do get about 30 frames more than before that 's logical.. but frames where never really the problem, I used to get 40 outdoors and 60+ indoors which is fine. but now it just stutters near/in citys especially windhelm and white run I have allready uninstalled and chekced if it where due to a city modifying mod but nope, does not change a thing.

Yeah... well I have used ordenator to make all the 4k textures 2k and just all the files smaller, but it did not resolve the problem totaly... its better tho but still near unplayable

yeah some mods had 4k things but it is not like my citys and stuff are fully 4k textured

Hello, My skyrim recently started to stutter to an unplayeble level. It occurs only when I am outside in the world. And mostly only near and in city's like windhelm and whiterun it has worked fine before.
