  1. I think you can do it in the same way that other settlements work... though I hear some people have mentioned that settlements and interiors might be buggy? I've only done Mystic Pines as a settlement, and from what I've changed I think you could very well do it with easy honestly. Since CK is new, I think I'm the first to have managed to get a my settlement mod to work like other settlements, so it might be some time before someone starts working on Vault 111 unless you are planning to? What I'm curious about is how attackers would be handled and if settlers will be able to get inside the vault.
  2. I've added this note to my mod already so people didn't ask (that I plan on releasing it to consoles, that is). Though bare in mind that the CK doesn't allow publishing for console users just yet since it's in open beta.
  3. I'm not talented, but Mystic Pines definitely is something I wanted as a settlement too and as soon as I could use the CK I got right to it. Here you go: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12440 Still a WIP. Gotta add attack markers and such, but it does function as any other settlement.
  4. The reason I didn't put the mod name is because I don't want people to steal my idea. Alright. I need someone who is good with scripts because I can't for the life of me figure it out. So what I was wanting is something that allows input. Not an input box of course since I've discovered it's not possible (as I have found out). But, there may be a work-around, hopefully. A message pops up after clicking it in AID such as < INPUT > A timer would be suitable for this script of 5 seconds for example. Then it would allow input of a string of keys up to 15 characters maybe if possible Then after pressing the keys, it would be followed by a key, such as ENTER for example. After 5 seconds it would cancel, so you may continue playing the game without interferance of the mod. (If enter is not pressed) Afterward, it would popup with the entered string of text and allow you to confirm or cancel. Is this possible? Can you do this? Please get in touch. The script is practically 70%+ of the credit. Thanks in advance.
  5. I think its possible. I had the idea to use a timer of 5 seconds for example. So after pressing OK in a popup to continue to change the name, then after inputting what ever you want, it would come up with the name in a message box and confirming if or something. I'll have to ask a scripter maybe. Seems difficult even thinking about it
  6. Would there be a way around it? Theres mods that request you to press a key to bind it so it would be a hotkey. Could it be possible to allow a string of keys, followed by another key such as ENTER then it takes that string you entered and uses it?
  7. With mods people add menus such as FOOK2s configuration menu. I was wondering, is there a way to use an Input menu, rather than a button-based menu? It's just an idea I had in mind to make a mod that would be a lot more easier to use via an input menu. (I mean the one like Player Name for those who don't know what I mean by an input menu). Thanks in advance.
  8. It could be possible if a modder looked into it. I'm not a modder but I'm sure that this could be done somehow... It'd be a feature i'd use.
  9. I've google'd this and nothing of the sort has come up. So, are Fallout 3 mods compatible with Fallout NV? I know that there will be most of them that wont, but they are normally all the mods that people don't download. I'm asking if the popular mods are compatible with Fallout NV. Such as Fallout Reborn.... Anyone tried Fallout 3 Mods on Fallout NV? (I can't find out for myself as my computer is in repairs :( ).
